Design & Proposal
We develop a design proposal — sketches, material specs, and a detailed quote. For complex projects, we may produce a few options at different price points so you can decide what fits.
Approval & Permits
Once you approve the design, we handle permits, code research, and any required approvals. Custom projects often require additional review by municipal inspectors.
Build & Warranty
Our crew handles the install start to finish — timeline depends on project complexity. Lifetime material warranty on applicable materials, 5-year labor warranty on all installation work.
